You will love my beautiful ground floor, end unit at Barefoot Resort.  Affectionately named, "Just Beachy" is a 2BR/2BA villa.  Ground floor end units are the most sought after.  No stairs.  Just roll

in your suitcases and enjoy the extra light from the end unit’s windows.

The floor plan is open and perfect for families or friends' getaways.  The kitchen is fully stocked and

opens to the dining room which seats 6. The living room has an entertainment center with a 50" flat

screen TV, Firestick, and Alexa. Wifi is provided. The sofa turns into a queen size bed.

 

The master bedroom has a king bed with ensuite bathroom.  The second bedroom has 2 twins, and

both bedrooms have flat screen TVs.  There is a washer/dryer in the unit.

 

The screened porch is perfect for your morning coffee or afternoon cocktails.  It has a private setting

with a view of the Greg Norman golf course.  Just steps away, River Crossing has a large saltwater pool

as well as charcoal grills and a picnic area.

 

Within Barefoot Resort you have access to the North Tower pool and hot tub.  The 15,000 sq ft 

pool sits directly on the Intracoastal Waterway.  At the marina, you can rent watercraft or take excursions. The Marina restaurant is a great place for lunch or dinner.

 

In the summer season a free shuttle runs every hour and will take you to the beach.  You can catch it right outside River Crossing’s gate.  A schedule is included in the "Welcome to Just Beachy" guest book found in the condo.  It also contains information on restaurants, shopping, and attractions nearby.

Situated in a great location, “Just Beachy” has everything you need to enjoy your North Myrtle Beach vacation. The condo is professionally cleaned, sanitized and checked prior to your arrival.

“Just Beachy” is NON-SMOKING, NO PETS OR MOTORCYCLES ALLOWED. Guests must

be 25 or older to book & stay.  A responsible adult over the age of 25 MUST be present at all times.  

 

The property has a 4-night minimum stay.
